Sosun S. Breitenbach Appointed as New CEO of Ulobby

We’re excited to share that Sosun S. Breitenbach has officially taken on the role of CEO at Ulobby, effective July 1st.

She will lead the company in close partnership with Michell Nørgaard Jensen, who continues as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Sosun brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in SaaS with a strong background in PR and Public Affairs. Throughout her career, she has combined business development expertise with deep insight into political processes and software technology – a rare combination that positions her strongly to lead Ulobby into the company's next chapter.

Michell has 20 years of leadership experience from customer-focused roles across SaaS and services. With a sharp eye for turning complexity into clarity, she’s been central to aligning product, operations, and customer success - and will continue to drive that alignment forward.

We are also proud to announce that Mariann Malchau Olsen is stepping into the role as Head of Public Affairs Solutions. Mariann has a unique understanding of our customers’ day-to-day challenges and needs and she has played a central role in the development of our platform and will continue to do so.

It is a true pleasure to welcome her to the leadership team.

Together - and backed by a strong, dedicated team - Mariann, Michell, and Sosun bring a powerful combination of leadership and expertise to guide Ulobby forward.

Public Affairs in Change

At Ulobby, we’ve closely observed how rising expectations and major technological, political, and societal changes have reshaped the Public Affairs discipline in recent years.

These shifts have transformed how PA teams operate. Simply reacting to political developments is no longer enough in today’s fast-moving political environment. Organizations need tools that allow them to anticipate changes, coordinate internally, and engage with key stakeholders in a timely and strategic way.

To keep up with these changes, we continue to develop a comprehensive, AI powered platform that integrates political and stakeholder monitoring, AI-driven mapping, sentiment analysis, and an easy-to-use stakeholder management system.

The goal is simple: To help Public Affairs teams work smarter, stay more aligned, move faster, and make data-driven decisions.

“The old methods - relying on spreadsheets and scattered contact lists - no longer work,” says Sosun. “Today’s political landscape demands a structured and proactive approach to stakeholder management - one that can adapt across organizational levels and detect change early.”

“But tools alone aren’t enough. It’s teams that create results — when they share knowledge, coordinate efforts, and act on insights and data. Fragmented efforts only slow you down,” she adds.

From PowerPoint to Platform - and now to Performance

Reflecting on the industry’s transformation, Anders Kopp Jensen, co-founder of Ulobby, comments:

“Over the last decade, a paradigm shift has taken place in Public Affairs. A growing number of stakeholders - both internal and external - now influence the playing field around the clock. As a result, modern PA teams must work differently than before. They need to work not just harder, but smarter - and better together - in order to perform,” says Anders Kopp Jensen, and continues:

“Technology plays a key role in this new reality. With the new management at the helm, Ulobby will not only consolidate its role in this transformation but also shape how PA teams across Europe operate and collaborate to increase performance.”

We’re proud of the journey so far – and even more excited about the road ahead. With strong leadership and a clear focus, we look forward to continuing to help Public Affairs teams succeed in a changing world.
