Michell is Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day operations across all markets. As COO, Michell assists the CEO in designing, planning, and implementing business strategies and procedures. Besides this, she is also heading up the success team, making sure our clients are happy with Ulobby and get the most out of their Ulobby access. Michell joined the Ulobby team in 2019. Prior to this, she held various management positions in customer service, sales and marketing, and business development. When not working at Ulobby, Michell is busy renovating her home (don’t get fooled by the appearance - she’s quite a skilled handy worker)
