Head of Customer Success
Michell is the Customer Success lead. Her main focus is to ensure that our clients are happy with Ulobby and get the most out of their Ulobby access. In close cooperation with Sales, Michell is responsible for onboarding new users as well as being the primary point of contact when it comes to customer support. Besides the direct customer contact, Michell spends her time analyzing user data and collecting user requests, allowing us to continuously improve the user experience. Michell joined the Ulobby team in November 2019. Prior to this, she has held different management positions within customer service, marketing & communication and business development.
